How do I get medical providers to remove paid debt from credit bureau due to a work injury?
My work comp bills are all paid the case took 6 yrs. Many of the medical bills went into collections that still show up on my credit report. This has lowered my credit score tremendously. How do I get these paid collections removed from my report? According to the 3 credit bureaus, it must be done by the providers and many just won't do it. Any help would be appreciated. - Sorry but you out of luck now that they have all been paid. What you should have done is got them to agree to a pay for delete agreement before they were paid. You will just have to wait until the 7-year reporting time line expires now for them to be removed.
