If i go to court over non payment of a debt who pays the court costs ?

I owe my ex wife some money ! I signed a legal document to say i would pay her and it is now due to be paid ! If i let her take me to court over this debt who has to pay court costs ? I owe my ex this money but have been out of work for most of last year and there is no way i have got this money to pay her ! Would it cost me money to argue my case in court ?

3. You Do . i dont think that is fair because you or whoever is been sue did not file a lawsuit and should not have to pay.
4. Since the court action is your fault for not paying as agreed, the court cost will be added to whatever amount you owe your ex wife.
