Is it possible to settle on a debt with CA EDD?
If you owe the EDD for "overpaid" unemployment benefits - is it possible to negotiate/settle out on that debt with them for lump sum or prompt payment?

- That is up to EDD. Normally cash strapped states like CA do not like to settle with people taking taxpayer money that they were not entitled to. In fact, EDD has stepped up their efforts to catch these fraudsters. They are not exactly being generous with these deadbeats.
