How do you get credit card companies to stop sending apps?

About 6 years ago, I called a number to stop credit card companies from sending me junk mail for 5 years. My 5 years is up, and I am getting so much mail. Does anyone know the phone number to call?

1. call 1-888-5-optout or 1-888-567-8688 calling that number will opt u out of all three credit bureaus
2. You can even do it on the web now: https://www.optoutprescreen.com/ You can ask them to do it permanently, and they'll mail you something that you need to sign and mail back to them. Then you don't need to worry about doing it again.
