  1. I'm pretty sure all of them, but they will give you a small limit amount.
  2. DONT DO IT!!! Credit cards are a big scam to get you into poverty.. so many people are living in credit card debt its terrible.. if you want something save the cash for it.. if you cannot save the cash what makes you think you would ever be able to pay off the credit card? especially since they are going to charge you more for using it - so if you save up you spend less anyhow
  3. no because a 17 yo is not legally bound by a contract u must b 18
  4. try capital one - they have a starter card for people with no credit trying to get some with like a limit of $100
  5. They'll probably fall over each other to get to you! Be careful, credit can be a dangerous thing unless used wisely ;)
  6. NO! You need to be 18yrs of age or older. It will be difficult due to your age and no credit history. You would have to make a good income to qualify with that young of age. The only thing you can do is just try. All they can do is say no.
  7. Stay away from credit cards. Use a debit card as a cedit card. Just spend the money you have.
  8. try www.capitalone.com it may need a parent signature also
  9. you don't want a credit card! spend what you can and don't live beyond your means!
  10. Seeing as you're a minor your parents would have to co-sign for you and take responsibility if you defaulted on payments. Credit cards can be a trap if you aren't careful. Pay your balance in full on time every month and you should do fine. Good rule of thumb is if you don't have the cash, don't charge it. I use credit cards as a way to make money with the cash-back version. But I pay my balance in total every month and have yet to pay interest or late fees.
  11. NO! By law you have to be of legal age (18) in order to sign and enter into any contract. And to get a credit card you do enter into a contract.
  12. Why do you need one at 17? This is just your first step at getting in debt. Stay away from them if you can. If your looking for a way to build credit this isnt the way.
  13. No you need to wait one more year -- but please be carefull -- they are addictive when you are young and can follow you till you are old.
  14. You cannot legally obtain a credit card without adult consent until age 18.
  15. Not to anyone that ends a sentence with a preposition.
